Igari is a woman who isn't too fond of others, preferring to work alone. growing up where being close with others has always gotten them killed, she prefers to not have that burden carried with her.  ATTITUDE    sour, pessimistic and bitter. poor upbringing cause her to not have the most optimistic view on most situations. however, she does have a massive ego; mostly due to her consistent victories in battle.

accurate, precise, exact.     no room for error.     igari simply just had no family. her mother died giving birth to her due to her mother being used a beacon for children and having miscarriages every time besides her; but ended up passing away from blood loss and didnt even have a chance to hold her before she died. her clan wanted a male to inherit the power of trajectory manipulation but it ended up being igari and yakuza's are widely known for their misogyny & their mistreatment of woman. but, since she was the only baby that was born with this profound gift, they kept her but mistreated her greatly. once she was old enough to be on her own, she was outcasted, kept in an enclosed space the size of a closet and was deprived of human interaction. the only interaction she ever had was violence. only being dragged out to be brutally beaten, attacked and assaulted. in the name of making her "strong", though her men only used this as a way to abuse her just for the sake of it. years and years she endured torture, finally let free once she had proven her royalty to the clan and their values. forced to become a marksmen, gun for hire. going to america wasn't a choice for her, being forced to leave what very little she had behind to travel across the country to los angeles to help with drug, weapon and even human trafficking. one night, the burai clan crossed paths with the red-ring for a weapon trade. due to the red-ring's infamy, the exchange was hindered. once arrested, igari was given a deal. join the phoenix program and become a hero; parting from the yakuza in exchange of information of their crimes and help dismantle the yakuza that were residing in los angeles or be arrested and charged for multiple crimes... serving a life sentence. without any hesitation, she took the first option. now named bullseye; she is the marksman for Y-team, one of the two groups of reformed villains in the phoenix program.

ADVANCED HAND TO HAND COMBAT.
even though she prefers to fight at long range, igari is extremely skilled in fighting with her fists & legs. due to the exhausting hours spent in captivity, she is able to endure physical altercation with ease—- her punches being described as "hard as a boulder."
EXCELLENT SIGHT.
despite wearing glasses, igari has a extraordinary sight due to enhanced sensitivity to movement. being able to see individuals and predict movements that most individuals won't be able to catch or reflect.
TRAJECTORY MANIPULATION.
— this enhanced ability is strictly only inherited by the burai clan. only a few individuals in the clan being able to use this ability, igari being one of the only woman in the gene pool to master it.
— trajectory manipulation allows her to have what is called "perfect aim". when shooting a gun or throwing a weapon, igari can manipulate the speed, physics & impact of the projectile to ensure a perfect throw or shot.
— this ability also grants her to be able to have said projectiles bounce off other surfaces to ensure the "perfect shot." such as bullets ricocheting off of walls like rubber, something thrown vertically being being shifted upwards to land on her target, etc.
ENDLESS AMMUNITION.
— using atom's & particles of sand, dirt, ash & smoke, igari is able to create weapons & objects to be used to projectile attacks.
— the more atoms & other sources of energy for the ability depends on how impactful the projectile will land on a target. though of this semi-handcap, igari is very creative in ways she can utilize this ability to ensure death or impactful injury.
— the larger the weapon, the more energy is used. she may also increase the power of the ammo as well but she will need to use a lot of physical & mental energy to keep it going at a steady pace.
— using this ability will easily drain her to the brink of exhaustion, psychosis, and in serious cases, possibly death.
BULLET MANIPULATION.
— trajectory manipulation also allows her to control projectiles that are headed towards her direction. small amount of telekinetic powers grant her the ability to control large amounts of bullets that spray her way, redirecting it to the target that shoots the weapon.
— however, prolonged use of this ability causes potential eye bleeding, brain hemorrhaging and possible death.
LOCKED ON.
— similar to trajectory manipulation, this allows her to use her eyes to lock onto multiple targets at the same time and use her weapon to fire all of the targets at the same time & speed.
— using locked-on for too long can cause the iris and retinas to bleed profusely. If taken a step further it can cause temporary blindness, and then permanent blindness if far too careless. this is only meant for big crowd use only.
